Why should I join Gunggo’s Publisher Network?
A:
While being one of the most generous Ad Networks in the industry we look to maximize
all our publishers’ payouts with various monetization methods. We provide a flexible
Fixed CPM and revenue share program that will allow all publishers to maximize their
revenues from all countries.

What is a CPM?
A:
CPM stands for Cost per Thousand Impressions. The publisher earns a fee each time
1000 ad creatives are displayed.
- Q:
What is a CPC?
A:
CPC stands for Cost-Per-Click. The publisher earns a fee each time ad creative displayed
on their site is clicked on.
- Q:
What is a CPA?
A:
CPA stands for Cost per Acquisition. The publisher earns a fee once a qualifying
action such as sales or registrations is completed.
- Q:
What is Raw/Unique Visitor?
A:
RAW Visitor - A RAW Visitor is counted every time a page is displayed, regardless
of whether it is displayed to the same person.
Unique Visitos - Unique visitor is counted when a page is displayed to a
person once within a certain period of time. If that same person visits your site
again within the set period of time the Gunggo Ad serving system will not count
that visit.

Can I send traffic from any site?
A:
No, we DONT accept and will not pay for Traffic from Illegal Sites. These include
but are not limited to Warez, ROM's, EMU's, newsgroup postings, SPAM emails or sites
with Illegal Content. Also, any fabrication of traffic will be grounds for immediate
termination from our Gunggo Publisher program without pay.

Do I have to sign a contract in order to join Gunggo Publisher
Program?
A:
No we don’t have any contract that publishers must sign to join our publisher program.
The only requirement is that every publisher is responsible to read our Terms and
Conditions when registering.

- Q:
Will I be assigned an account manager upon signing up?
A:
Yes, Gunggo will assign a account manager to each publishers once they have signed
up.

What is ZEDO?
A:
ZEDO is a 3rd party ad serving system that Gunggo uses to deliver ads.
- Q:
Can I use other ad networks ads besides yours?
A:
Yes, Gunggo allows publishers to display other advertisers’ ads in combination with
their ads.

What are your requirements for a site to be accepted into
your network?
A:
To be considered, we require websites with a minimum of 10,000 unique visitors per
month. The only exceptions to this requirement are websites with a niche traffic
audience such as gamblers and dating visitors.

What Ad Formats do you have available?
A:
At Gunggo we offer Popups, Pop-Unders, Interstitials, Grapahical Banners, Text Banners,
and Gunggo own Messenger Ad.

Can your pop-under code bypass pop blockers?
A:
Yes, our technology is capable of bypassing most of the pop-up blockers available
today. However there are new pop-up blockers that we may not recognize. Please inform
us of any new pop-up blockers you may encounter as well as our tech team is always
working diligently to bypass newer pop blockers as well.

How Can I apply to have Gunggo.Com represent the ad space
on my site exclusively?
A:
At Gunggo we understand that publishers are busy and don’t have time to negotiate
the best rates from all ad networks and advertisers, this is why Gunggo represents
a diverse amount of exclusive publishers. Talk to your account manager for more
details as we love to help publishers maximize the revenue for their traffic.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

When do I get paid?
A:
We work on Net30 Payment Terms. Payments are sent (monthy) on the 1st
of every month for the previous month's earnings.
- Q:
What is your minimum payout?
A:
Our minimum payout amount is $50.
- Q:
What Payment Methods do you offer?
A:
We offer payments by Check, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. All
Wire Transfer payments will be charged $30 due to the bank processing fees.

How much do I get paid?
A:
The amount of payment will be solely dependent on the revenue earned by each individual
publisher. We offer a combination of Fixed CPM and revenue share for all our publishers.
Please submit your site to our publisher program to discuss our advertising options
for your traffic.

Where do I fill out my payment details?
A:
Payments details can be filled out when registering to our Gunggo Publisher Program.
Our accounting team will automatically update your file with the registration information
provided.
Reporting/User Account/Login:

What is default or unsold impressions?
A:
In the event that no paid ad campaigns are available at the time the publisher site
makes the request, a "Default Banner" or Gunggo In-house ad will be shown. Publishers
do not earn revenue off house ads so we recommend you implement a Default re-direct
ad.

How do I Setup default / alternative ads?
A:
Please contact your account manager to implement a Default/Alternative ad.
- Q:
Why is there a discrepancy?
A:
Generally, there are some factors that may affect the counting of impressions:
- Internet surfer's connection speed.
- How the publisher setup their codes.
- Network issues
- Pop killer/blocker for popunders. However, popunder's count discrepancy is usually
about 15%-35% (due to pop blockers), in-page banner is about 5%-10%, and popin banner/interstitial
is about 7-15%. If you are seeing a count discrepancy greater than 25%, please contact
our publisher support immediately because that is not normal.
- Q:
Why Can’t I generate Ad Codes From My Account?
A:
Gunggo doesn’t allow ad codes to be generated from user accounts as we have seen
many times where publishers generate ad codes that our advertisers are not looking
for.

Why Can’t I Login To My Account?
A:
If you can’t login to your account please make sure your username and password are
entered correctly as our login is case sensitive. Also, please make sure cookies
are enabled in your browser. If you still can’t login please contact your account
manager for further assistance.
- Q:
How Do I Retrieve My Password If I Have Forgotten It?
A:
Please go to http://target.zedo.com/send-pwd.jsp and enter the email used to sign
up. Your password will be sent to you in a few minutes once this is completed.
- Q:
Why Doesn’t the report show any Impressions or Revenue?
A:
Please make sure you review your stats one day after it has been sent as our ZEDO
ad serving system reporting has a 1 day delay.
- Q:
How often statistics are updated in my publisher account?
A:
Reports are updated at the end of the day. We suggest all publishers to review their
reports 1 day after the traffic has been sent.

What Ads Serving System Do You Use?
A:
Gunggo uses the Industry wide known ZEDO ad serving system.
- Q:
What is default Banner?
A:
In the event that no paid ad campaigns are available at the time the publisher site

do not earn revenue off house ads so we recommend you implement a Default re-direct.

How do I check my earnings and impressions delivered?

To review earnings generated please generate a profit report.

Why Am I redirected To ZEDO When Logging In?
A:
You may be redirected to ZEDO.com when logging in if you didn’t enter your username
and/or password correctly. ZEDO is Gunggo’s Ad Serving System.

How quickly will Gunggo ads start appearing on my site?
A:
After successfully implementing the Gunggo HTML ad code into your web pages, Gunggo
banner ads will start running on your site after two hours.
PUBLISHER APPROVAL QUESTIONS:

Can I send traffic from any site?
A:
The requirements for publisher sites are listed below:
- Participating Sites cannot display child pornography or contain links to such content.
- Participating Sites cannot be libellous or defamatory in nature.
- Participating Sites must not contain or link to software piracy.
- Participating Sites cannot be used for software trading (warez).
- Participating Sites must not contain or link to any forms of illegal activity (i.e.,
how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
- Participating sites cannot be proxy sites or contain link(s) to such service.
- Participating Sites cannot contain gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar
imagery or language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens
physical harm.
- Participating Sites must not promote any types of hate-mongering. (i.e., racial,
political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
- Participating Sites cannot participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings
or unsolicited e-mail (spam).
- Participating Sites must not promote any types of illegal substance, paraphernalia
or activity with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice or money-making opportunities.
- Participating Sites cannot be under construction, incomplete or contain little original
content.
- Participating Sites must not be a free hosting webpage or personal homepage.
- Participating Sites must not contain any type of content that reasonable public
consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate.
- Participating Sites must contain the code provided by GUNGGO intact and unchanged.
Websites may contain more than one page containing the code, but only one occurrence
of the code is allowed PER INDIVIDUAL PAGE.
- Q:
How Long Before My Site Is Reviewed?
A:
An account manger will contact you back within 24 hours of submitting website. For weekends this may take up to 48 hours.
- Q:
Do you accept non-English Site?
A:
Yes we do accept non-English websites as long as they meet our Terms and Conditions.
- Q:
How will my site be categorized?
A:
Sites are categorized by content, rather than demographics. Your dedicated account manger will place your site in an appropriate category after tag implementation and ad placement has been verified and approved.
